The purpose of this Worldwide Candidate Policy and Equal Opportunity Employer Statement is to outline the rules under which personal data of Mellanox candidates, is gathered, processed, used and stored. When you submit your resume for certain position or share your personal information through Mellanox Career website, iCims system, social networks or you send it to one of Mellanox recruiters or through other Mellanox employee, your personal data is available for searching, viewing over our internal system, downloading by some of our accredited personnel who requests resumes matching your profile to be sent to them and it can be made available to allow us to contact you should future vacancies arise.

2. Collection, Use and Sharing your Personal Data
When you choose to upload your resume to our database through Mellanox Career website, iCims system, social networks or you send your resume to one of Mellanox recruiters or other Mellanox employee, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing and transferring of your personal data by Mellanox, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third parties (including third parties situated outside your home country), for assessing your employment, recruitment and hiring purposes including for contacting you should future vacancies arise. Mellanox may collect and process information relating to the recruiting or hiring process i.e your personal contact details, information provided by you in your resume, identification number, citizenship, records relating to your employments and professional experience. All information that you provide to us during the recruitment and hiring process is stored on secure servers. When you upload or share your personal data with Mellanox you undertake that the personal data you provide is accurate.

3. Retention
Mellanox will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to perform the purpose for which it was collected. The retention period may vary based on the need for the personal data, the retention period required under applicable law and if the information is required for current or potential legal proceedings. After this period of time all personal data will be removed from our systems. By submitting or sharing your resume you agree to Mellanox storing your data for this period of time.

4. What we will do with your information

Your information might be shared with Mellanox companies worldwide ("Affiliates") or otherwise stored or accessed from a country outside the country of your residence.

6. Security
We take security seriously and we take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features in order to prevent unauthorised access.
