Project Delivery Services – Remote Service Hours Package

The Remote Service Hours package is designed to accelerate the designing, installation, configuration, and tuning of Mellanox InfiniBand fabrics and Mellanox Ethernet networks.
Mellanox Remote Service Hours package includes design, development and tuning services, conducted by Mellanox experts, as well as remote support for installation, configuration, and fabric diagnostic.
Mellanox will assign a dedicated Project Delivery Manager (PDM) to be the point-of-contact pre and post delivery. The PDM will provide a SOW detailing the scope of work to be completed by Mellanox. The PDM will coordinate with end users, OEMs, resellers, and Mellanox internal resources and will arrange the delivery of the requested services.
Package Offering and Duration
Minimum order quantity is 15 hours- hours will be invoiced only after utilization. The package is valid for 2 years. All non-utilized hours will be invoiced once the package expired. All hours will be delivered remotely.
