Mellanox Technologies Announces $74,500.00 Donation to Benefit Ten Charities

SANTA CLARA, CA. and YOKNEAM, ISRAEL – November 19, 2007 – Mellanox™ Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX; TASE: MLNX), a leading supplier of semiconductor-based, server and storage interconnect products, today announced the donation of $74,500.00 to be divided among ten outstanding charities within Israel and the United States.

The Company contributed to the following charities in Israel: Almuntada Altakadumi, Elem, Nachshon, Nave Amiel, Ometz, Talmud Tora Harish, and Technological Human Resources in Tiberius; and the following charities in the United States: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Second Harvest Food Bank (of Santa Clara/San Mateo Counties), and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
